Imagine pulling apart a warm, pillowy cinnamon roll with that unmistakable sourdough tang running through every layer. Our Cinnamon Rolls are made using my signature starter, slow-fermented for a beautifully soft, fluffy texture and a depth of flavour that shop-bought simply can't match.
Generously filled with cinnamon sugar and baked to order in small batches — every roll is made entirely by hand with love.

⏳ Please Note — Production Times
Because I use real sourdough starter, production time is naturally slower than conventional baking. I ferment the dough and give it an extended cold proof to develop that unique sourdough flavour — all of which means there is a natural wait for your order. Sometimes, weather and temperature dependent, the dough can misbehave, which may lead to a further delay for collection.
